Refund policy
All products are made-to-order and custom printed specifically for each customer. Because of this, we do not accept returns or refunds for reasons such as incorrect size choice, change of mind, or preference.
However, we do offer a replacement if:

The product arrives damaged,

The product is defective,

The item is printed incorrectly or not as described.
If there is an issue with your order, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your package.
Include photos of the item and packaging, and we will review your request and send a replacement at no cost if the request is approved.
No returns or refunds will be issued unless the product is defective.
